Packaging and Sustainability
All of my wholesale orders are wrapped in recyclable (and sometimes reused!) packaging and secured with biodegradable cornstarch pellets to secure your order in transit.
Sustainability is at the very heart of my small business with three trees planted for every wholesale order.
Delivery and Shipping
When it comes to delivering to local bricks and mortar stores within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge, my preferred method is hand delivery. For orders under £200, this service is an additional £5.00 to cover fuel and parking expenses. Rest assured that I always prioritise supporting small businesses while visiting you.
When it comes to deliveries that are considerably further away, my personal inclination is to opt for Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the designated means of transportation. Nevertheless, should you have a different courier service preference, kindly let me know. The cost of postage will be added to your invoice for orders below £250.
Please be aware that I can only ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom due to legal complications and additional fees associated with international deliveries.
As the festive season approaches and the demand for eye pillows rises, please note that lead times may be extended to two to three weeks. The duration of this extension is dependent on the quantity of eye pillows ordered and my current stock levels.

Fabric
If the fabrics we have in stock do not perfectly align with your desired aesthetic, I am thrilled to offer the option of procuring alternative fabrics to embody your creative vision.
This service is complimentary for alternative fabrics priced at £20 per meter or lower. For fabrics surpassing £20 per meter, the incremental cost will be included in your invoice.
When considering alternative materials, please keep in mind that the lead time may be affected due to waiting for delivery from our suppliers.
Packaging
Utilising the eco-friendly kraft card for packaging, you have the opportunity to customise the content of the wrap to include your own unique details.
This entails a flat redesign fee of £5.00, which includes one emailed proof. After the new design is approved, the packaging design will be saved and automatically used for all future orders. If you wish to make a change to the design at a later date, the redesign fee will be added; so please review your proof thoroughly before giving your final approval.
To ensure optimal readability on the kraft card, we recommend and request a black JPEG version of your company logo, with the background removed. Please also provide us with the information you wish to be included on the packaging, such as your contact details and website.
Alternative Lavender
Although the primary ingredient for my eye pillows will continue to be Organic Flaxseed, I have the flexibility to incorporate alternative lavender for a customised creation.
The pricing is primarily based on the usage of Yorkshire Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia Miller X Lavandula Latifolia (Lf.) Medikus), acquired in large quantities. However, in the past I have used lavender from other UK-based farms, including Mentley Farm Lavender and Cambridgeshire Lavender.
In case you have a preference for using a local lavender farm or a specific variety of lavender, please let me know so that I can provide you with an estimated cost that takes into consideration the price variation.
Labels
Enhance your wholesale order by personalising the eye pillows with your own labels alongside our existing labels. A supplementary fee of £1.00 per label will be imposed to accommodate the additional time and resources needed.
Please independently obtain the desired labels and deliver the required number of labels (including at least two more) to our studio. We recommend purchasing small, flat cotton labels to align with our environmentally friendly approach. We will cover the postage costs and deduct them from your invoice.
Rest assured that we are fully committed to meeting your expectations when you purchase our product. In order to avoid any issues with font, size, or colour clashes, we may move our label to the inside of the cover, allowing your label to take centre stage.
Please note that the lead time will be extended and I am unable to facilitate returns or provide reimbursement in the case of dissatisfaction.
